Cancelations and Payment Terms
Payment at Check-in
Payment is due at check-in, either in cash (Cape Verdean Escudos or Euros) or by card (Visa, Mastercard, or RedeVinti4). During high season, upon your reservation, you will receive a notification for a 30% prepayment of the total stay. This payment is fully refundable if you cancel 7 or more days before your arrival. If you cancel 6 or fewer days before your arrival or no show on the check-in day, the deposit is non-refundable.
Tourist Tax
Please be informed that a Tourist Tax of €2.50 (equivalent to 276.00$ CVE) will be charged, as established by the Cape Verdean government and applied per person, per night of stay. This amount is set by the government and may be subject to change without prior notice. The tax is intended to support sustainability and conservation efforts and is payable by all tourists aged 16 and over.
